Welding tungsten boat means the tungsten boat is produced by welding some tungsten plates into one “boat” at high temperature. The size of the tungsten boat prepared by welding process is relative large. And it can be used to vaporize large-scale devices or evaporate a large amount of materials. However, it needs a long period as it is obtained by welding a few tungsten plates into one “boat”, which means it cannot be molded at one time.
