1. Experiment Equipment
Three-stage heating tube type resistance furnace is used; Zone of constant temperature of the furnace tube is 300mm; The temperature difference is ±8°C; And the potentiometer automatically records the temperature.
2. Experiment Steps
10g APT was placed in a platinum boat, and the boat was placed in a quartz reactor, filled with nitrogen (N2) for more than 10 minutes, replaced N2 with H2 at a given flow rate, and the reactor was then sent to the furnace that had been preheated to the desired temperature, pass over hydrogen, hold for a certain period of time, and replace H2 with N2, so that the reaction is completed, the reactor is removed from the furnace, continue to pass through N2, until it cooled down to room temperature, discharge.
