Application
The coarse tungsten carbide powder is ball-milled for a short period and then subjected to gas classification. The tungsten carbide powder of each grain size is obtained, and then wet milled according to the coarse and fine particles and the cobalt powder. And hard phase non-uniform tungsten cobalt tungsten carbide is produced after pressing and sintering.
This heterogeneous alloy combines high strength, high hardness and excellent impact toughness. Drill bits and and drilling of quartzite (f=18~20) can achieve good results made of this alloy.
