Preparation
The nanometer WO3 with a BET particle size of less than 300 nm was prepared by optimizing the process parameters in a rotary kiln using the same ultra-fine APT as the raw material. Then WO3 in the reduction furnace was prepared by a reverse hydrogen low temperature rapid reduction process to obtain nanometer tungsten powder which BET particles is less than 100 nm.
In the end, using nano tungsten carbide powder as raw material, and superfine nano tungsten carbide powder with a BET particle size of less than 200 nm was produced by low-temperature rapid carbonization.
