High-purity yellow tungsten oxide, also known as high-purity tungsten trioxide, is a kind of yellow powder with high main content (WO3), low impurity content and excellent physicochemical properties compared with conventional yellow tungsten oxide.
High-purity Yellow Tungsten Oxide Producing Process
Yellow tungsten oxide prepared by the following process has the characteristics of fine granularity, high purity and good stability.
1. Adjust pH of sodium tungstate solution to 4~8 by using organic or inorganic acid. After hydrothermal reaction 12 hours, filtration, concentration, crystallization and obtained seed.
2. Under the high pressure reaction kettle, mixed solution of crystal seed and sodium acid under 200~220°C, cooled to room temperature after 12 hours.
3. Filter and clean the reaction product, and get the filter cake and mother liquor.
4. Low-temperature roast the filter cake under 350°C, and the high-purity tungsten oxide product is obtained.
