A Method for Preparing Polymer Tungsten
Step One: Crush the tungsten powder by air flow.
Step Two: Tungsten powder or the mixture of tungsten powder and tungsten fiber crushed by the air flow is continuously stirred in the doping pot, and the coupling agent diluted with ethanol is sprayed for surface modification.
Step Three: Mix the polymer, surface-modified tungsten powder or the mixture of tungsten powder and tungsten fiber and other additives according to the weight parts, knead evenly to obtain the feed; wherein, the weight ratio of the components: high molecular polymer 20-100 parts, tungsten powder 950-1000 parts, tungsten fiber 0-50 parts, coupling agent 0.5-5 parts and other auxiliary agents 0.5-10 parts.
Step Four: The feed material is extruded through an extruder, or injection molded through an injection machine, or molded by a pressure forming machine.
Step Five: Cut and chamfer the obtained products.
