Tungsten alloy shield for pipe-line inspection is made of tungsten alloy and has excellent radiation shielding ability to prevent radioactive sources. Radiation is used to check welding and detect cracks in pipes. The gamma source is mounted in a controlled wheeled cart for tube length propagation.
