Recently, information from the official website of the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission showed that in November 2025, the average prices of 65 daily necessities under monitoring in Jiangxi increased for 35 items, decreased for 23 items, and remained flat for 7 items month-on-month; year-on-year, 33 items increased, 29 decreased, and 3 remained flat. Among industrial production materials, steel prices mostly decreased, tungsten concentrate prices increased, rare earth prices decreased, cement prices slightly increased, copper prices slightly increased, and sand and gravel prices overall slightly increased.
Regarding Jiangxi tungsten concentrate price, in November, the average sales price of tungsten concentrate in Ganzhou was RMB 314,000 per ton, increased by 18.05% month-on-month and increased by 121.13% year-on-year.
According to CTIA GROUP LTD, in November 2025, the average price of 65% black tungsten concentrate was RMB 322,100 per ton, increased by 15.79% compared to the average price in October 2025 and increased by 124.50% compared to the average price in November 2024; the end-of-month quotation increased by 11.48% compared to the beginning-of-month quotation. The average price of 65% white tungsten concentrate was RMB 321,100 per ton, increased by 15.85% month-on-month and increased by 125.37% year-on-year; the end-of-month quotation increased by 11.51% compared to the beginning-of-month quotation.
Regarding Jiangxi rare earth prices, in November, the average sales prices of high-yttrium oxide (rare earth) and medium-yttrium europium oxide (rare earth) in Ganzhou were RMB 188,000 per ton and RMB 186,000 per ton, respectively, decreased by 8.29% and slightly decreased by 2.11% month-on-month, and decreased by 4.57% and increased by 8.14% year-on-year, respectively.
According to CTIA GROUP LTD, in November 2025, prices of most rare earth products in China decreased month-on-month but increased year-on-year. Among them, the average price of praseodymium oxide was RMB 571,700 per ton, decreased by approximately 2.12% month-on-month and increased by 32.92% year-on-year; the average price of neodymium oxide was RMB 568,600 per ton, decreased by approximately 2.42% month-on-month and increased by 32.60% year-on-year; the average price of praseodymium-neodymium oxide was RMB 550,600 per ton, increased by approximately 4.68% month-on-month and increased by 31.10% year-on-year; the average price of praseodymium-neodymium metal was RMB 675,050 per ton, increased by approximately 5.01% month-on-month and increased by 29.92% year-on-year; the average price of terbium oxide was RMB 6,611 per kilogram, decreased by approximately 4.34% month-on-month and increased by 11.77% year-on-year; the average price of dysprosium oxide was RMB 1,542,500 per ton, decreased by approximately 4.29% month-on-month and decreased by 10.53% year-on-year; the average price of dysprosium-iron alloy was RMB 1,491,500 per ton, decreased by approximately 3.84% month-on-month and decreased by 11.89% year-on-year.
