The first step: According to the requirements of visible light index and infrared shielding index, add appropriate weight of heat insulation masterbatch by calculated amount;
The second step: Uniformly mix the heat-insulating masterbatch with ordinary plastic particles;
The third step: produce the transparent heat insulation film in accordance with the biaxial stretching process, or produce the transparent heat insulation sheet by three-layer co-extrusion process.
Ammonium paratungstate (APT) was used as raw material to prepare blue tungsten oxide by calcing under H2 atmosphere. The obtained blue tungsten oxide was tested and found that, compared with APT, the phase of blue tungsten oxide has lost the hexagonal crystal characteristics, forming a deep loose grain morphology with smaller grain size than APT. The surface of blue tungsten oxide has a large number of cracks and star-shaped holes, and there is a phenomenon of fracture, and the uniformity of particle size is good.
