Preparation of Cesium Tungstate by Chemical Vapor Transport Method
Tungstate and halogen compounds (Cs compounds) were synthesized through chemical transporting at different temperatures into a special structure of CsxWO3. Then, its optical properties were investigated at different temperatures.
The chemical vapor transport method means that a solid or liquid substance A reacts with a gas B at a certain temperature to form a vapor phase product. And this vapor phase reaction product undergoes a reverse reaction at different temperatures of the system, and then A is obtained again. This process is like a sublimation or distillation process, but at such a temperature, substance A does not pass through a vapor phase it should have, so it is called a chemical vapor transport method.
