Tungsten acid may be applied for preparing thermal insulation film with different applications, such as, automotive glass, building glass, and so on. Preparation of Thermal Insulation Film
Mix phosphotungstic acid and phosphonic acid in a ratio of 4:1, then formulated into 5% polyacid aqueous solution of 5-10 parts. Add 1% aqueous solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone into the mixture under stirring to 100 parts filled parts.
Under normal temperature conditions, the above-mentioned liquid is coated with a photochromic material composed of inorganic/polymer composite material on the surface of car window by spraying; then, varnish is sprayed to form window film to prevent glare. Therefore, the traffic safety can be ensured as the driver has a clear view.
