Decomposition Temperature and Decomposition Products of Ammonium Metatungstate
1. When the heat treatment temperature is 200-300 °C, all crystal water and most of the ammonium ions are removed;
2. A phase transition occurs at a temperature of 300-350 °C to generate metastable tungsten oxide;
3. When the heat treatment temperature rises to 500-550 °C, there is still a small amount of ammonium root and bound water that have not decomposed;
4. When the heat treatment temperature is above 600 °C, it will be completely decomposed into tungsten trioxide (WO3);
5. When the temperature rises to 700 °C and the holding time is 2h, hollow mesoporous tungsten trioxide balls can be obtained.
