Nano yellow tungsten oxide may be used to prepare heat insulation masterbatch, which has the characteristics of high heat insulation, high transparency and low haze value. The yellow tungsten oxide nanopowder has a solid content of 5~10%, a dispersed particle size of less than 40nm, a visible light transmittance of 50~80%, an infrared ray shielding rate of 60~99% (varies with the addition ratio), and a finished product haze of less than 1.
Yellow tungsten oxide also has surface wettability, and therefore its corresponding application is undoubtedly more extensive. The surface wettability of the yellow tungsten oxide was studied to better know its performance. The yellow tungsten oxide film was placed in the glass tank filled with water, and the wettability of the oil droplets on the surface of the sample in water environment was measured by the contact angle meter. The oil droplet used in the experiment was chloroform, and the droplet size was controlled to 5μl. And the actual contact angle was the average of the contact angle of the oil droplets measured at five different points on the sample surface.
