Nano tungsten trioxide may be used to produce thermal insulation paper and other different thermal insulation materials, which means that WO3 will develop with the development of heat-insulating materials. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of organic inducers on the structure, morphology, and properties of WO3.
Organic Induced Synthesis of Nano Tungsten Trioxide
After determining the basic preparation process of tungsten trioxide powder, using sodium tungstate as tungsten source and acidifying with hydrochloric acid (HCl). The organic inducer is added dropwise under stirring, and then it is transferred into a hydrothermal reactor for hydrothermal reaction. The reaction products were washed repeatedly with distilled water and absolute ethanol, and then suction filtered. Finally, they were vacuum dried at 80°C. And the synthesized products were respectively subjected to structural characterization and performance testing. The comparative experiments were adjusted to the same value by adding only hydrochloric acid dropwise under the same conditions.
