Study on the Preparation Process of Tungsten Trioxide Powder
Use a certain concentration of sodium tungstate as tungsten source, adjust the pH value of the solution between 1.0~2.5 using hydrochloric acid (HCl), stir 4h in dark place, move it into the 100mL hydrothermal reactor for hydrothermal reaction, and set the temperature of 80~180°C. The reaction product is repeatedly washed with distilled water and absolute ethanol, and then undergoes suction filtration. Finally, it was vacuum dried in a vacuum drying oven at 80°C, and then the synthesized powders under different conditions were subjected to structural characterization and performance tests to determine the basic preparation process of tungsten trioxide powder.
